At Tarishq Fashion, we aim to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time. We currently ship to serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours on working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and PIN code. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on only prepaid order. Any applicable shipping charges for orders below this value will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through the available contact details provided with your order. You can use these details to track the delivery status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address along with a reachable phone number. Our courier partner may contact you to complete the delivery. Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect/incomplete address may result in the shipment being returned to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Order

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible after delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
