Welcome to Tarishq Fashion. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products & Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to accurately display product colours, designs, descriptions and details. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting or photography.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices, discounts and promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after successful order placement and, where applicable, payment verification.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Tarishq Fashion reserves the right to accept, cancel or refuse an order in cases including product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity or incorrect customer/order information. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Exchange & Returns

Eligible footwear may be requested for size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Exchange & Return Policy. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. A ₹199 exchange charge per pair applies. For eligible returns, refunds are not issued to the original payment method; the approved amount will be provided as Tarishq Fashion Store Credit or a Voucher after successful quality inspection. Sale items are eligible for size exchange only.

6. Product Usage

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size and using and caring for products appropriately. Please refer to our Size Guide and Footwear Care Guide before use where required.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Tarishq Fashion name, logo, product images, graphics, text and designs, is owned by or licensed to Tarishq Fashion and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Personal information provided through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

Tarishq Fashion may update these Terms & Conditions when required. Any changes will become effective once published on this website.
